This naturally cloudy apple juice is made from 100% hand-picked, sun-ripened organic apples. A successful blend of traditional apple varieties from the meadow orchards typical of the Wienerwald Biosphere Reserve makes this juice a wonderful drink for all ages, all year round.

The grapes for white grape juice are harvested well before the actual grape harvest in order to achieve a refreshing balance of fructose and acidity. With their spicy aromas, Grüner Veltliner and Neuburger are the ideal grape varieties for this organic juice.

The red organic grapes ripen on south-east facing slopes overlooking the Danube. The Blauburger variety gives this naturally cloudy juice its beautiful colour, while the Blauer Zweigelt grapes ensure its incomparably delicious taste. Like all our juices, our red grape juice is completely natural and a real treat to drink.

A juice made from unripe grapes – the harvest for verjus begins in early to mid-August, before the grapes become sweet. With its high acidity and low sugar content, verjus is ideal for seasoning, cooking and as a refreshing summer drink. It is the local alternative to a lemon soda.

Between June and July, when everyone is heading off on their summer holidays, we start harvesting apricots. The fruit is picked by hand into small crates and carefully sorted. Only the ripest and most beautiful apricots are used to make nectar. Unsurprisingly, the secret to a special taste experience lies in the careful selection and successful blending of different local apricot varieties.
