Riesling & Yellow Muscat, fermented on the mash for some time and pressed together, complement each other perfectly. A spicy nose with lots of mirabelle plum and elderflower, a pleasant acidity from the Riesling with subtle meadow herbs, unfiltered.

An interplay of colours ranging from amber to orange in the glass, full-bodied with the scent of rose petals, spicy and full of character. Hand-picked Traminer grapes fermented on the mash for four weeks, matured in small oak barrels, unfiltered.
